Do you require prescriptions?
Yes, For medical prescription medicines. Capital Care Pharmacy also sells over-the-counter (OTC) medicines which don’t require prescriptions.
How can I order and pick up my medicines?
You may contact the store directly thru Viber. Be ready with the list of medicines needed, a picture of the Membership card, the prescription as needed, and the SCD or PWD ID of the Member.
Do you give Senior Citizen/PWD discount?
Yes, but Senior Citizen and PWD discounts are not applicable for online transactions.
Do I have to be a Landers Member to purchase?
Yes. If not yet a Member, you may apply for Membership online at http//www.landers.ph
What is the return policy?
Defective or damaged items purchased may be returned to the serving branch within three (3) days from the date of purchase along with the original receipt. The item should have no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for items with visible factory defects or were clearly expired. A decision will be taken whether to replace, refund, or decline based on the evidence presented.
Any return beyond this policy is subject to the approval of management.
How can I return an item?
Defective or damaged items purchased must be returned physically to the serving branch. Retrieval of items is not applicable.

Capital Care Pharmacy items are available in Metro and Non-Metro areas.
What are the payment options available?
- CASH- Capital Care accepts cash payments, and providing exact change is greatly appreciated.

This payment method is available for Metro Delivery, Non-Metro Delivery, and Store Pick-up. - CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD powered by BDO – We accept all major credit and debit cards that are supported by Visa, Mastercard, and JCB. - GCASH – GCash payment method allows you to pay for your order online. This payment method is available for Metro Delivery and Store Pick-up shipping options only for orders worth Php 100,000 and below.
- CASH ON DELIVERY – We offer payments via cash on delivery (COD) up to PHP 10,000 (including Landers grocery items). This payment method is available for Metro Delivery and Store Pick-up.
